Editorial Policy

How we research, write, review and correct the information on VisaClarity Australia.

Our sources

Our content is general information drawn from primary, official sources — principally the Australian Department of Home Affairs (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au), the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), state and territory nomination authorities, and other published government materials. Where we state a fee, threshold, or rule, our aim is for it to be traceable to an official source.

How often we review

Australian visa fees, points thresholds and program settings change regularly. We aim to review high-traffic visa and tool pages at least quarterly, and to update them promptly when we become aware of a significant change. Each page is intended to carry a visible last-updated indication.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us — we want to fix it. You can reach us through our contact page. We review correction requests and update affected pages where warranted.

Use of AI assistance

We use AI tools to help draft and structure content, but published information is intended to be grounded in the official sources above and reviewed by a person before it goes live. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated visa guidance.

What we are not

VisaClarity Australia is an education resource. We are not registered migration agents and we do not provide migration advice or assessments tailored to your circumstances. For advice specific to your situation, consult a migration agent registered with OMARA or an Australian legal practitioner. Always verify any information here against the official source before acting on it.
